From the supplier: Colorado's captive insurance industry law appears to finally be attracting captive companies to the state. Only five new captives entered the state between 1990 and 1993, but two were formed in 1994, and insiders report that at least two more will soon apply for certification. The law was rewritten in 1994 to make Colorado more attractive as a captive domicile.
