From the supplier: The existence of differences between investors' valuation of convertible bond premiums and bond-warrant package premiums is an unresolved topic in financial research. The possibility that the financial variables of firms that issue convertible bonds differ from those of firms that offer bond-warrant packages indicates the probability that one type of firm may be more successful in using a specific security to increase shareholder wealth than another company would be. The financial profiles of firms that offer convertible bonds and those that issue bond-warrant packages are contrasted.
