From the supplier: The influence of irrigation scheduling and frequency on the corn and grain yield of cropland in Kansas was investigated to obtain the necessary data for developing effective irrigation management strategies. Theoretical and experimental studies were carried out using a Crete silt loam as soil specimen. Results show that maximum crop evapotranspiration rate can be attained by irrigating between the silking and blister kernel growth stages of the crops.
