From the supplier: Studies have shown that the majority of working Americans have not begun saving for retirement, although the majority also believe that they will not encounter financial difficulties after retirement. Social Security, employer-sponsored pensions and personal savings are the three important sources of retirement income for individual Americans. Studies have shown that women generally receive less Social Security benefits than men. Women and men enjoy the same advantages in employer-sponsored plans. However, most women and men are not saving enough for retirement.
