The survey questioned 10,272 employees who lived in the Southern California, Connecticut, New Jersey, Greater Cleveland or Houston areas. CareData found that 75% of respondents believe plan services such as blood pressure, diabetes and asthma are at least "adequate," but members rated services such as mental health care and smoking cessation programs at lower levels.
