From the supplier: Physical education teachers and students alike reap many benefits from conversational jogging. The activity, which may be applied from the first grade and upwards, requires students to jog in pairs in a counterclockwise direction around an oval while the teacher walks in the opposite direction. Unlike other approaches to jogging, students find that they are not as easily tired since every two or three minutes, the teacher holds up a sign indicating the next topic of conversation.
