From the supplier: Directors & officers liability insurers are looking guardedly at the potential impact of the Securities Liability Reform Act, which passed over a presidential veto in Dec 1995. Reliance National senior VP Joseph Monteleone explained that the bill, while it will make it more difficult for plaintiffs and their attorneys to successfully litigate securities fraud cases, will not end such cases.
