From the supplier: Grambling University, located in the rural deep south, in Louisiana, has responded to changing needs and conditions by implementing a distance education program. This has been accomplished mainly through partnerships with commercial companies and on-campus groups. Grambling has adopted diverse communications technologies, including fiber optics, coaxial cable/broadband connections in all buildings and a KU-band uplink, as well as computer networks with Internet connectivity. Grambling is now able to produce and deliver courses, and is making money doing so.
