From the supplier: Erie County Executive Dennis Gorski won reelection despite poor showing at pre-election polls. Negative factors such as Gorski's seemingly aloof manner and his tax increase policy were neutralized by a series of television spots showing the human side of Gorski as well as his achievements in office and raising welfare reform issues. From a 45% pre-election vote, Gorski garnered 62% of the votes during the Nov. 7, 1995 elections.
