From the supplier: More than 1,000 state and local officials were given an opportunity to address the issue of performance measurement in government during a three-day conference in Nov. 1995 co-sponsored by the Government Finance Officers Assn. and other private and government agencies. Participants heard speakers talk about the latest innovations and developments in the field of performance evaluation.
