From the supplier: Companies have increasingly relied on technological innovations to maintain their competitiveness. However, much of the potential of such innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within companies have not been realized due largely to human and organizational reasons. To better understand this problem, a model of the cognitive determinants of technology implementation processes has been proposed. The model's major mechanisms are studied.
