From the supplier: Entrepreneurial intentions are more likely to be exhibited by males, individuals with high educational attainment and those whose parents are entrepreneurs, according to a survey of 181 students. These qualities are in addition to having proactive personalities that predispose an individual toward setting high standards and harnessing all resources into achieving those standards. Hierarchical regression analysis proves that proactivity, more than gender, genes and education, is inherent among entrepreneurs.
