From the supplier: The US is pressuring India to allow US agribusiness, agroprocessing and fast food interests to operate in the country in an apparent attempt to colonize and corporatize the latter's largely agricultural economy. The US is being helped in this task by the World Trade Organization and India's own government agencies. However, local farmers are organizing to head off any attempts by the US to eliminate the small farm sector of India's economy.
