From the supplier: A series run in 1994 by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette about former Arkansas Gov. Jim Guy Tucker's involvement in Whitewater resulted in the conviction of the popular governor on charges of mail fraud and conspiracy relating to business transactions. While examining the Whitewater documents, investigative reporter Mary Hargrove began to suspect that Tucker, not the Clintons, was responsible for arranging the fraudulent loans. In the months after the series ran, Hargrove's heart stopped three times, due to stress and a rare neurological condition.
