From the supplier: A model was formulated for developing an effective faculty reward system or faculty compensation based on the value-based prescriptive approach. The model was based on the development of a value-based approach from the faculty salary equity system which, in turn, originated from the multiyear regression approach. The model can be utilized for developing strategies for salary reviews, salary planning and several aspects of faculty equity.
