From the supplier: University of Florida Center for Studies in Criminology and Law Dir. Charles W. Thomas and University of Connecticut Sociology Prof. Charles Logan criticized the General Accounting Office's (GAO) report on privatized prisons for containing dubious findings. The university researchers addressed the GAO's operating premise that the correctional facilities have to be exactly similar to achieve a precise analysis. The GAO report was also found to contain wrong information on the accreditation status of the prisons.
