From the supplier: Anger experienced within the nursing environment appears to be legitimate but can be converted to positive changes. Nine female registered nurses aged 29 to 56 years with 7 to 34 years of nursing experience were interviewed about anger experiences in their work environment. All of the nurses described their experiences using war terminology. These nurses also described struggles with the hierarchy in the medical system as well as within the nursing profession. Anger was frequently misdirected but one nurse acknowledged using her anger to signal a need for regrouping and change.
