From the supplier: A university professor wrote to an executive of an organization that has been sending direct mail pieces to another professor using a wrong address. The letter sender requested the organization to correct this error to eliminate the need to re-mail all the misdelivered material to the correct address. The letter writer's willingness to re-mail the documents and to help correct the error reflects a highly developed sense of courtesy and etiquette that is rare in today's world of unsolicited mail.
