From the supplier: Insurance Value-Added Network Services (IVANS) has acquired BWC Systems for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is part of IVANS plan to increase its electronic commerce and electronic data interchange capabilities. Combined net revenues for the companies are projected at more than $100 mil for 1997, with gross revenues expected to approach $400 mil. IVANS plans to introduce several networking products in 1997, including 'NetConnect' and 'MailConnect."
