From the supplier: Intracorp national group health medical Dir Kristin Crosby, citing a recent national survey of employees, contends that employers can reduce their group health insurance costs by providing medical information to their employees through nursing hot lines. Crosby, whose firm is a health insurance consultant, said that 20% to 30% of employees who call nursing hot lines for advise opt for treating their ailment at home. Crosby's insight is based on the results of a recent Gallup Organization poll conducted for Intracorp.
