From the supplier: The Norfolk Public Schools has developed a comprehensive model regional articulation nursing program to facilitate the certification of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) as registered nurses (RNs). The program involved a consortium of 10 school divisions, two community colleges, two universities and a private school. Implementation of the program since 1990 has been successful, with 40 of 62 LPNs having successfully acquired certification as RNs to date without having to repeat curricula already mastered in the LPN program.
