From the supplier: Black men are the hardest hit by rising unemployment rates in America. Unfortunately, there are those who would rather blame the victims than recognize the real causes of the problem. Genetic endowments and cultural backgrounds are not reasons why more black men are unemployed than white men, as some politicians fervently attest to. This group is undermined by the economy, employment trends and racism.
