From the supplier: Some insurers are expressing their fears regarding a potential conflict of interests between CNA Insurance Cos, Loews Corp and Lorillard Tobacco Co, stemming from a coverage conflict between insurers and tobacco companies in Louisiana's Medicaid reimbursement case.
