From the supplier: The correlation between a company's investments in technological innovation and political activity is studied. Results show that companies jointly plan expenditures for research and development (R&D) and political action committees (PAC). It is also shown that investments in R&D and PAC are complementary in various industries given that most technological innovations require regulatory approval.
