From the supplier: Liquified Gas Extraction (LGX) is a new process developed by CF Foods Corp in Arvada, CO, that removes 100% of oils in food products. This process is environment-friendly and produces both flour and oil in one food. This, in the long run, will be beneficial to people belonging to the Third World countries because a single meal would already have the necessary nutrients minus the fat. CF Foods is still experimenting with non-toxic materials to enable the extraction of food oils at a faster rate and lower pressure.
