From the supplier: A National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health report found that repetitive stress injuries are strongly associated with physical activities at work. The risk of such injuries depends upon the frequency, intensity and duration of these work-related activities. Insurance companies are concerned that excessive regulations could be introduced that would be costly to US employers.
