From the supplier: The rules governing international air carriers liability under the Warsaw Convention have been changed. The convention's limits on liability for the death or injury of passengers have been removed. The International Air Transport Assn inter-carrier agreements created during 1995-96 generally favor passengers. Litigation under the agreements will focus primarily on damages and settlement rather than on willful misconduct and third-party contributory fault.
