From the supplier: A good human resource management (HRM) program recruits, selects, motivates and retain employees with a characteristic which concerns the success of a firm. HRM issues in large and small Canadian manufacturing firms suggests that no difference in the perceived importance of workforce characteristics can be attributed to firm size.
