Procter and Shcwartz's, Horsham, PA, have custom-designed a linear oven which can bake pizzas, chips and other baked products. It can save one-fourth of baking time and produces 20% to 30% more. Another product is a Thermofin Fryer manufactured by Stein with oil filters that can be modified to match product applications.
