From the supplier: The impact of sequential behavior feedback protocol based on observational data on the usage of sequential teaching strategies were investigated in a sample of practice teachers. The study revealed that effective teacher education involved the combined use of personal experiences with sequential behavior feedback. Differences in qualitative and observational feedback were seen in daily teacher-student relationships. Classroom instruction predicted the practice teaching experience. Positive changes were seen in the behavior of the students upon using sequential strategies.
