From the supplier: Models, athletes, and entertainers whose concentrated high incomes are taxed at the highest marginal rate for their short-lived careers can benefit from tax planning which increases deductions and income deferral. These taxpayers should avoid the 35% tax rate for personal service corporations (PSC) and invest in businesses not considered PSCs for tax purposes. Income deferral and tax deductions can be achieved through the use of retirement plans, medical savings accounts, and medical expense reimbursement plans.
