From the supplier: Randolph, NJ-based security service firm Randolph Services has received a mandate from its client company to develop and implement Total Quality Management (TQM)-based standards and procedures for the security department. In this regard, it created a vision statement and mission objectives which would be the basis of TQM-related reorganization of the security department. It had to educate its officers and staff about TQM concepts. Officers from the client's non-security contractors were included in the process of developing TQM standards and procedures.
