From the supplier: Baked tortilla chip maker Guiltless Gourmet Inc's dominance came to an end when competitor Frito-Lay placed 'Baked Tostitos' on US supermarket shelves. The Austin, Texas-based company has since been making several changes in the production of its tortilla chips to meet the challenges presented by its giant competitor. These adjustments include practicing new marketing, manufacturing, packaging and distribution strategies. For instance, the packaging division is now set apart from cooking, allowing air conditioning which improves the products and benefits the workers.
