From the supplier: The changing needs of an industrial world create a corresponding need to improve and restructure higher instructions, particularly that of engineering education. Thus, a brainstorming session among leading educators and industrialists was convened to develop the new 'Model of the Global University' to cope with 21st century changes. The model was based on three principles, namely, the convergence of the industry and the academe, continuous education and the growing importance of educational standards.
