From the supplier: A survey of 100 banks by NetMarquee Inc. revealed that banks that have been operating their websites for more than nine months have plans of adding substantial features to their sites. Most of the banks surveyed have indicated a desire to develop and strengthen their online presence. Some 65% of the banks surveyed have plans of developing their websites while 20% percent are in the process of initiating site improvements. The survey also indicated that the largest banks are the most committed to website improvement, the mid-sized banks are less committed and the small banks are the least interested.
