From the supplier: Postmaster General (PMG) Marvin Runyon has decided to leave his post at the US Postal Service (USPS) in spring 1998 to return to private practice. Runyon was appointed by Pres Reagan to be the chmn of the Tennessee Valley Authority in 1988. After a successful tenure, Runyon was appointed as PMG in 1992 and charged with the task of downsizing and restructuring the USPS. The USPS has announced that his decision to leave was a purely personal matter.
