From the supplier: The Career Preparation Assessment (CPA) is a packaged portfolio-based assessment tool that determines the level of work-readiness skills of students. Developed by the regional education laboratory WestEd, this approach looks at the personal and interpersonal skills, thinking and problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and employment and technological literacy of individuals. The end result of the CPA method is a portfolio of the skills of students, which gives teachers and employers an idea of what individuals can accomplish.
