From the supplier: Ezekiel's Cafe is a small restaurant in New York and is part of Covenant House's Regional Training Center. The restaurant is used by Covenant to provide a training program to homeless youths. The training provided include almost all topics on culinary arts. A New York State Food Handler's Certificate are given to students who have completed the program. These students can use the certificate to pursue a full degree in culinary arts or hotel/food service management.
