From the supplier: The 1992' Internal Market Programme (IMP) was launched in 1985 to create a single market in the EU. The initiative aims to eliminate the barriers to free movement of goods, services, capital and labor through liberalization and deregulation. While the IMP might be generally considered a success, some elements of the single market had disappointing outcomes. In fact, the single market has failed to transform the supply-side economy of the EU as originally envisioned by its proponents.
