From the supplier: Dallas, TX-based Guaranty Federal Bank FSB's innovative use of its building lobby was instrumental to the success of its consumer loan services department. Senior VP Robert D. Butler transformed the empty space into a series of 'retail boutiques' called the LoanPlace wherein customers can have their loan transaction in a customer-friendly environment. The LoanPlace was both ergonomically designed and theme park-inspired. Moreover, different types of loans were given identifiable monikers such as LearningLoans and HomeImpact Loans.
