From the supplier: Renovation of several commercial properties in the country is boosting the values of these buildings and resulting in improved tenancy rates. For instance, the initiative of Pinnacle Realty Management to repair damages and provide a new look to the Autumn Breeze Apartments in Orlando, FL, led to the doubling of the property in just 18 months. Meanwhile, management firm Newmark and Co Real Estate's decision to add high-tech features to its twin towers 111 and 115 Broadway in lower Manhattan led to a remarkable 90% occupancy. Other properties that went through profitable renovations were Skyline Height Apartments in Dale City, CA; Hillrise Cooperative Apartments in Lancaster, PA; the RSF Interstate Tower in Dallas, TX; and the Madison Square Building in New York. Renovations for these properties are described.
