From the supplier: Employees of the Columbia Falls Aluminum Co have agreed to settle the case regarding their back profit shares for $97 million in early Jan 1998. However, the settlement proved to be a bittersweet victory for the employees. Eight months after the $97 million payday, workers said they were frustrated with the deal, claiming that only about 50% of the settlement reached them after paying the Internal Revenue Service, the state of Montana and the lawyers.
