From the supplier: Constitutional lawyer Floyd Adams has evaluated the report by veteran reporters April Oliver and Jack Smith in CNN-Time Magazine which disclosed the alleged use of nerve gases to kill American defectors in Laos during the Vietnam war. Adams declared that despite the exhaustive and detailed notes on the incident, there was no enough evidence for any conclusion to be reached. Based on Adam's critique, CNN has issued an apology and refused to back the two reporters. The incident has damaged the reputation of both the American Journalism Review and the Columbia Journalism Review for espousing the CIA-Pentagon-Floyd Adam critique instead of providing a balanced forum where the two reporters could submit their rebuttal.
