De Barge is using Management Information Technology Corp's T-TRACCS, a telephone timekeeping system which was originally intended for a janitorial firm. After some refinement, T-TRACCS became an ideal way to manage his officers. They reported for duty and signed out using a touch-tone phone which will not accept the check-in of it does not come from the authorized phone number. It also has a guard scheduler, payroll, budgeting and other features.
