From the supplier: The 1998 Small Business and Financial Services survey showed that banks should expand their service offerings to attract small businesses. The survey's findings include an increase in the number of small businesses using cash management services from 5% in 1993 to 29% in 1998 and rise in the use of savings accounts from 24% in 1993 to 30% in 1998. Small businesses also said that nonbank financial institutions were more responsive to their needs.
