This can mean diversifying outside of the historical avenues of third-party management and identifying opportunities which can be exploited using personal skills and information. Corporate entities, nonprofit organizations and the government are seeking more efficient methods of managing and controlling their assets. They are increasingly looking to the private sector to accomplish these objectives.
