From the supplier: Eleven members of the National Conference of Editorial Writers went to India in Nov 1998 to determine the reason behind the decision of Pakistan and India to test their nuclear bombs. The group travelled from Delhi to Jaipur, Agra, Islamabad and Mumbai and were exposed to the various living conditions from cozy ministry offices to shantytown. The group was informed by the Indian government that the country needs nuclear weapons as deterrent to potential threats from China and Pakistan. In Pakistan, the group was told the country tested its nuclear weapons only in reaction to India's nuclear test.
