From the supplier: Bedroom furniture maker Vaughan Furniture Co opened a new production plant in Stuart, VA, in time for the company's 75th anniversary in 1999. The 260,000-foot T. George Vaughan factory boasts a dual-table, 12-head Heian computer numerical control machining center that operates 16 hours daily. The router was supplied by Stiles Machinery Inc and runs at between 700 and 1,000 inches per minute. Computerized and conveyerized equipment were also installed in the factory's rough mill section, resulting in improved production efficiency.
