From the supplier: ijob.com's technology is capable of screening an applicant for a position on-line using computer-assisted structured interviews (CASI). The Hal technology's use of the CASI system, which has successfully automated a previously repetitious and expensive activity, has resulted in a reduction of employee turnover by as high as 10% to 30%. A unit of the Lawson Insight Management System, ijob, is continuously being upgraded to include such capabilities as searching the the client's own database for potential hires.
