From the supplier: A highly experienced fraud investigator opines that organizations' biggest and most difficult fraud problems are to be found at the senior management level rather than the shop floor. This is partly because the actions of senior executives including extravagant expenditures are rarely challenged, especially executives in leading companies and organizations. However, with business leaders increasingly acknowledging the need for an effective ethical structure to enhance the long-term prosperity of their organizations, more firms are establishing ethics programs that promote organizational integrity. These programs appear to at first adversely effect corporate competitiveness, yet research has shown they frequently have positive results.
